Pack Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Ted Baker tags still attached before securing them in the original packaging.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
